Week two

I can't believe that two weeks of our stay have already passed.  Time's flying. I really enjoy it here in Broadstairs.

School is a lot fun. We do a lot of speaking and listening. The teachers are really nice, friendly and help wherever they can. The school activities are also very entertaining. On Monday afternoon we can do sports. I had the opportunity to play tennis. It was great fun. I've also been to the cinema twice and it was really great.

The best thing are the excursions. We visit amazing places every time. This friday we've been in Canterbury and on Saturday in London.

About the excursions:

As I already mentioned we went to Canterbury on Friday. It was beautiful. First, we looked at the Cathedral, which was incredible. All these details and these windows were astonishing. Canterbury Cathedral is the Mother Cathedral of the worldwide Anglican Communion and seat of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

After visiting the Cathedral we walked around the town and ate some ice cream.

On Saturday we went to London. I was so excited, because the Gay Pride was exactly that day. We arrived 1+1/4 hours late, because of closed streets. We saw the elizabeth tower, the London eye, covent garden, the national gallery, China town and also parts of the Pride Parade. The atmosphere was indescribable. So many people and so many colors. Sometimes it was a little bit too much for me, because it was very loud and I'm not used to such crowds. Over all it was just an amazing day that I will never forget.

I think I'll let this pictures talk for themselfs.
